For the following, "Sponsor" refers to Games People Play.

HOW TO ENTER: ("Sweepstakes") begins on Oct 24, 2008 and ends on Nov 11, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Fill out the form above. Entry form requires your name, zip code, and email address. There is a limit of one (1) entry per household.

PRIZE - each day one dozen Bridgestone e7+ will be given away to a different randomly selected winner.

WINNER SELECTION: Prize winners will be determined on the basis of a random drawing. All winner selection procedures shall be conducted by Games People Play whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes.

NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email. The winner must respond to said notification with 3 business days of date of notification, or the prize will be forfeited. However, if you have an account registered with us with a valid shipping address, then we will ship the balls to the address on file.

GENERAL: This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. The winners agree that Sponsor and Games People Play and their respective parents, affiliates and their agents and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this contest or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. If, in Sponsor's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this sweepstakes, any violation of these Official Rules, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize(s) or none of them, using all entries received as of the End Date. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or their agents.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries resulting from any reason, including: any hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions; typographical or system errors; problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or computer equipment; or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at a Website, or any combination thereof. Sponsor and Games People Play are also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing the Sweepstakes, downloading any material for the Sweepstakes or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. Sponsor and Games People Play may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize, if in their sole discretion they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor and Games People Play representatives.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
