Who We Are
Games People Play, Inc. (GPP) is a multi-faceted golf operation that includes golf retail, a 30-acre golf practice center and golf teaching center. In business since 1984, GPP has become Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana's favorite place to purchase top of the line golf equipment and accessories. We are the regions largest retailer of pro-line golf equipment. We sell only authentic original equipment manufactured
(OEM) product, whether new or used.
GPP has been selected multiple times as a winner of America's 100 Best Golf Shops. GPP has also been selected by Golf Range Magazine as a Top 100 Golf Practice Facility in the US. Only three companies in the United States have been selected as a combined retail and range Top 100 Winner.
Our People
We know golf! The Associates of GPP have a passion for playing golf and serving fellow golfers. Our Associates come from a variety of golfing backgrounds. Internet Manager Austin Williams is a former four year Collegiate Golfer and three time Beaumont City Champion- a feat accomplished by another Beaumont native, Bruce Lietzke. General Manager Dustin Camp leads a sales team that has been extensively trained by Callaway, Ping, Adams, Taylor Made, Nike and many other of our suppliers. Our sales team Associates are custom fitting specialists and know the specifics of the latest golf technologies such as shafts, custom options, etc. Many of our sales personnel are single digit handicap players who understand the needs of the advanced and beginning golfer alike.

30-Day Guarantee
New merchandise that you have not used: Full Refund minus shipping
You have 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise to return it for a refund of the full amount of the original purchase price less shipping fees.
New golf clubs that you have used: Playability Guarantee
If you play with a club but decide that you do not like it, you can exchange it for credit minus a 20% re-stocking fee*. That is, within 30 days from the date you receive your club, it can be returned to us for credit equal to the original purchase price of the club (excluding shipping) minus a 20% re-stocking fee. You can use this credit towards any purchase on our website.
This Playability Guarantee only applies to new golf clubs and irons purchased at regular price.
*minimum re-stocking fee is $25
These guarantees do not apply to:
- Clubs that have been abused and have chips and dents. Normal wear is acceptable.
- Custom Clubs
- Close-out or discounted prices that were less than our regular selling price.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All of our merchandise comes with a full manufacturer's warranty. If you should experience problems within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will do our best to assist you.
Manufacturer Golf Shoe Guarantees
All shoe products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period, GPP will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation, provided your shoes were purchased from GPP.
Guarantees and Warranties
Comfort Guarantee
This guarantee allows you to wear your shoes to determine if they feel good enough to keep. You will have 30-90 days to make this decision, dependent upon manufacturer.
Waterproof Warranty
Length of warranty (located on box) varies per style.
Warranties do not cover
1. Excessive wear
2. Any type of abuse or mistreatment
3. Damage to uppers caused by spiking or toe drag
4. Cracking of upper leather caused by lack of proper maintenance
5. Damaged spike receptacles caused by using improper replacements or threads damaged from missing spikes.
General Warranty Information
All manufacturers warranties are void if their product is determined (by them) to have been abused, altered or damaged.
Manufacturers at their option will repair or replace your shoes.
Replacements are limited to one replacement. Replacements will be the same style or an equivalent style.
Warranties are for United States customers only.
Foot Joy Shoes returned during the second year of a waterproof period will be credited 50% of their purchase price towards another pair of shoes.
SHOE MAINTENANCE TIPS
Don’t store shoes in the trunks of cars. High temperatures cause cracking and sole separation
Don’t use heat to dry your shoes
Clean shoes with mild soap and water
Use cedar shoe trees to keep creases out and draw moisture out
If you don’t have shoe trees, stuff with newspaper

Flat rate of $9.99 applies for US Home Delivery ground packages within the 48 contiguous states. Other service rates will be calculated at checkout. For International Rates please put item in your cart and checkout. All rates are shown at checkout.
FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.
