New Product Returns:

  • All new unused product can be returned within 30 days from the reciept of the item for a full refund less the original shipping charges.
  • All items must have the original manufacturer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
  • A 20% restocking fee may be charged if items appear used or do not have the original manufacturer tags attached.
  • Custom Orders may NOT be returned.

30 Day Playability Guarantee:

  • We do offer a 30 day playability guarantee on all golf clubs.
  • Clubs that are used can be returned within 30 days of reciept for store credit minus a 20% restocking fee*.
    *Minimum restocking fee of $25.00
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Custom Orders may NOT be returned.

Manufacturer Warranty:

  • All items unless noted in the items description are backed by the full manufacturer's warranty.
  • Any item deemed to be defective will be replaced by the manufacturer.
  • Normal wear and tear or abuse will not be covered under warranty
  • If an item falls outside of warranty GPP will do our best to assist with repairs and pricing.

Special Promotion Returns:

  • All special promotion orders (eg. Buy 2 Get 1 Free) must be returned in full to receive a refund.
  • Combo or Bundled items may be returned individually. If an individual combo or bundled item is returned for a refund the applicable discount will be voided and the discount amount will be reduced from the amount of the refund. If the discount amount is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be issued.
  • Some gifts may be issued on occassion (eg. free shirt with purchase). To receive a full refund on such orders the free gift must also be returned. The cost of any such gift will be deducted from the refund amount if the gift is not returned with the order.
  • Free shipping items - Standard shipping rates will be deducted on returns where shipping was free on the original order.

Out of Stock / Backordered Items

  • Items may become out of stock due to shopwear or other factors. At which time our customer service department will determine if the remaining items on an order can be shipped, and contact you via email to update you with the item status.
